Purchase and Return Policy:

The prices displayed on this website are in US dollars (USD). Payments made in any other currency will be converted to USD by the merchant processing company. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards for the convenience of our customers. In an effort to avoid credit card fraud, Vanitrends.com  will ship to a different address as long as the billing address can be confirmed. Vanitrends.com uses the Address Verification Service (AVS) supported by the credit card companies. For safeguarding our customers, if a billing address cannot be confirmed, we will NOT ships the items out.

 

Out of Stock Items:

If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will either inform you by email or we will contact you by phone.  Then we will either try to get a backorder for the out-of-stock item, or find an alternate design of your choice for the out-of-stock item.  If neither of the two options work best for you, then we will refund your order.

 

Purchase and Return Policy:

1. Vanitrends.com  has an exchange policy on unaltered products only. The reason for exchange would have to be emailed to us with the order details for an approval.  However, the customer shall pay for the shipping of the exchange items. For our customers' convenience we could also do exchanges at our boutique store.

WE CANNOT TAKE RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS UNLESS THEY ARE DAMAGED OR SIGNIFICANTLY NOT AS DESCRIBED. 

 

2. Items must be returned within one week from the date of receipt. Items that do not have the tags on them cannot be accepted for exchanges. Vanitrends.com reserves the right to deny an exchange if the product looks used or damaged.

 

3. The outfits ordered by our customers might have slight color variation when compared to the actual outfit. It is not practically possible to get the same color as displayed on the monitor. There are many things to be taken into consideration like photography and different shades of color under different lights and medium. We expect out customers to be aware of these technical difficulties in capturing the exact color of the products.

 

4. If the order has been shipped from Vanitrends.com, but is delayed by reasons beyond the control of Vanitrends.com like being held at customs, natural disasters or transportation company's delays, the customer has to accept the order and cannot hold Vanitrends.com responsible for the delay.

 

5. All orders received before 5:00 pm EST would be mailed the next business day by USPS Priority Mail unless specified by the customer. On request, we can ship by USPS Express Mail, USPS Overnight Delivery or by UPS /FEDEX options. The customer shall pay the additional charges if shipped by any method other than USPS Priority Mail.
